1. It is your best interest to fill out the authorization form so that there are no discrepancies in the charge(s) made to your credit card. This procedure is required by the credit card companies to prevent fraudulent charges.

2. We are a discount agency working very closely with numerous consolidator fares to ensure that you always benefit from the lowest fares. We work for you (our clients).

3. We really have to work very hard in searching for the best options for your travel itinerary. It takes a lot of effort and experience to give you the benefit for cheap prices. The way it works is that airlines allot a specific number of seats for low fares as long as the consolidators guarantee to sell a number of seats. Once these seats are sold out, we are able to procure cheap rates on the airline(s) and time(s) of your choice due to our good business contacts. This service is free of charge. You are required to pay only once you are confident the itinerary is right for you.

4. There may be a lower fare, higher fare or no fare printed on your ticket, depending on the consolidator's contract. However, that does not mean that you were undercharged, overcharged or the ticket is free. If you are concerned about the price of the ticket, please contact your agent so that he/she can send you an invoice receipt for reimbursement purposes.

5. We cover all destinations - all states within the USA, Asia, Africa, Central and South America, Australia, Indian subcontinent and Europe. We also do Cruises, Tours and Packages. Please call us for all destinations.

6. We accept all major credit cards - AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINER'S CLUB and DISCOVER. Some tickets are directly charged by the airline. When the airlines do not accept credit cards for bulk prices, we have to make a merchant charge here. We do offer discounted prices if the ticket is paid in cash. This discount is not applicable with the usage of credit cards.

7. We have an accurate database system in which your personal/financial information is stored. The information provided to us is not shared with a third party. Your trust is of great importance to us; therefore, we do guarantee confidentiality.

8. Most of the tickets are non-refundable as per airline. Outbound dates are not changeable. Return dates can be changed based on availability, with a penalty of $100.00 for domestic flights and $150.00 - $200.00 for international flights.

9. We always recommend taking trip cancellation insurance purchasing your ticket(s). Please ask for details. However, if something unfortunate or inevitable happens to prevent you from traveling, there are heavy penalties and fees for cancellation. You can lose more than 50% of the fare that you paid.

10. Itineraries can be e-mail, faxed, or sent by regular mail. Please specify your preference and provide the information necessary.

11. If you are an individual or a company who buys tickets on a regular basis, you may need to fill out a corporate account form to keep on record. This way, when you are ready to make a purchase, you need only to sign for the itinerary indicating the price of the ticket.

13. Tickets are non-refundable because of their low value as per airline rules. However, if you want to purchase unrestricted refundable tickets, those are available at much higher prices. Most of the time, these tickets are not recommended. Please ask for details.

15. You can take advantage of electronic tickets, or tickets can be shipped to you overnight to the billing address on the credit card used.

17. Most of our tickets do qualify to earn frequent flyer miles. Please be sure to ask your agent beforehand.

18. Please check with the individual airline about all documentation for your travel journey. We do not assume responsibility of any kind if the airline denies boarding.

19. When a reservation is ticketed electronically, it means that you present your confirmation code and a valid photo ID at the airport upon check-in, and a boarding pass will be provided to you.

20. Please confirm your flight time(s) at most 72 hours prior to departure directly with the airline. Please have the flight number, date of departure, and passenger's name(s) readily available.
