RECONFIRMATION,
CHECK-IN AND BOARDING

You should reconfirm all your flights at-least 72 hrs prior
to scheduled departure.

b.
You
must check-in at least 2 hrs prior to the schedule departure.
|
|
c.
Government
issued photo-identification is required for all flights.
|

|
FREQUENT
FLYER MILEAGE CREDIT
|
|
a.
Some airlines do not give frequent flyer mileage credit.
|
|
b.
Some fares do not allow frequent flyer mileage credit. Please
check with your agent before making reservations, if the fare
being given to you, permits frequent flyer miles.

|
REFUNDS
ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR:

a.
Flight delays
|
|
b.
Delays in ticket deliveries
|
|
c.
Lost, Stolen or misplaced tickets.
|
|
We
recommend purchase of E-tickets where available.
|

|
CHANGES
|
|
a.
Changes NOT ALWAYS possible
and are strictly at the discretion and approval of Arrow Travel
& Tours and the respective airline.
b. Prior to the issuance of the ticket there is no charge
for the changes.

|
International
|
|
a.
After the ticket has been issued, but before the departure - $
250. The above is subject to availability and any fare difference
is additional.
|
|
b.
If the tickets were round-trip and issued on a Published fare,
no changes whatsoever can be made once the passenger has departed
from their originating city. Such tickets are non-endorsable,
nontransferable and have no refund value.

Domestic
|
|
$150
(any fare difference is additional). Vanguard airline tickets
cannot be changed.

|
CANCELLATIONS
- Your right to refund is limited (Partially used tickets
have no refund value)

International
|
|
a.
$350 (per ticket) fee if canceled 30 days or more prior to departure.
|
|
b.
No refund if canceled 29 days or less prior to departure.
|
|
c.
Certain airline tickets are Nonrefundable at any time. Please
check with your agent for the cancellation rules applicable
to your tickets.

Domestic
|
|
a.
Domestic
and Caribbean tickets are nonrefundable at any time
|
|
b.
Cancellation rules are in accordance with the airline policy.
|
|
c.
Agency service fee will be levied on all cancellation refunds.
|
|
d.
The change and cancellation policy is the official policy
of Arrow Travel & Tours and cannot be changed by any employee
of Arrow Travel & Tours.

e.
All Published fare tickets are nonrefundable.

TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS

a.
All the passengers must be in possession of a valid passport.
|
|
b.
Visa requirements are strictly the responsibility of each passenger
and Arrow Travel & Tours assumes no responsibility for denied
boarding or denied entry for failure to have these documents in
order.

NOTICE
OF GOVERNMENT IMPOSED TAXES AND FEES
|
|
The
price of this ticket may include taxes and fees, which are imposed
on air transportation by government authorities. These taxes and
fees which may represent a significant portion of the cost of
air travel, are either included in the fare, or show separately
in the "Tax" column on the ticket.

RESPONSIBILITY
|

a.
Arrow
Travel & Tours acts only as an agent of the respective airlines
and is therefore not responsible for any lack of performance on
the part of the airline. In the event that an airline fails to
perform, the airline (not Arrow Travel & Tours) is responsible
for any refund due.
b. Liability for loss, damage or delay of baggage is solely
the responsibility of the airline.
c. You are subject to the terms and conditions on the ticket.
d. It is your responsibility to examine your ticket upon
receipt to ensure your travel dates, origin and destination cities
and other information are correct. If you fail to do so, Arrow
Travel & Tours will accept no responsibility for any discrepancies.

PAYMENT
POLICY
|

Payments
can be made by certified check, cashiers check (payable
to Arrow Travel & Tours) or credit cards (American
Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card
or Diners Club).

REFUND
POLICY
|
|
All
refund requests must be in writing and it takes minimum of 7 weeks
to process refunds.
