Citizens & Permanent Resident of the USA & Canada
DO NOT need a visa to enter Bahamas. All other
nationals should contact our office to check and see if they
require a visa.
The
type of visa that you should apply for depends on the purpose
of your trip to Bahamas. The two most common types of visa are
Tourist and Business Visa. If your trip does not fit
those descriptions, please contact us for more information.
Jurisdiction:
The Consulate General of Bahamas in New York serves the residents
of the following states:
Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maine, Massachussets,
New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont.
Requirements
for obtaining a Tourist & Business Visas:
- A
passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of
intended arrival in Bahamas (with at least one blank page
available).
- One
Visa Application Form,
filled out, dated and signed by the applicant (parents must
sign for minors under 18 years old).
- One
recent passport photo.
- A
copy of round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary showing travel
to and from Bahamas
- A
copy of your hotel reservation in Bahamas.
- A
valid USA Visa or document to return from Bahamas to the US
or to another country (e.g. I-20; F-1; H-1).
- Filled
out & Signed our Service
Order Form.
FOR
BUSINESS VISA: Same as above but including the following:
- Letter
of Employment, stating employee's name & title, contact
in Bahamas, job description to be conducted in Bahamas, how
long the employee has been working for the company, and assuming
full responsibility for the applicant while in the Bahamas.
- If
the applicant is self-employed, a bank statement will be required

deemed necessary.

you have the above documents in order please call us prior to
sending documents. Make payment to Arrow Travel & Tours and
send a Pre-paid return FedEx Airbill or appropriate
fee.
