Requirements for an Entry Visa to Djibouti:

• A passport valid for a min. of 6 months from the date of intended arrival in Djibouti (with at least one blank page available).
• Two Visa Application Form, filled out, dated and signed by the applicant (Call us for an application form).
• Two recent passport size photo (2" x 2").
• A copy of round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary showing travel to and from Djibouti.
• If Applying for Business Visa, must attach a Letter from the Company for which you are making the trip.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever must present upon arrival.
• A filled out & signed Service Order Form.
• A Prepaid Return FedEx Airbill, if you want your visa mailed back to you.
