if you live in the New York areas:
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey,
New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont,
US Virgin Islands.

Indian nationals who has obtain US Citizenship, you must renounce
your Indian Citizenship first, and In Person at the consulate
before we can process any type of visa on your behalf.
for obtaining an India Visa:
passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of
intended arrival in India (with at least one blank page available).

by the applicant. Must be printed on 2 separate sheet of paper.

A photocopy of the birth certificate or any government issued
document that shows parents name, date of birth and nationality.
Depending on your nationality at birth, these are the documents
that are accepted.
Born: Only birth certificates are accepted
for applicants born in the US.
Born: Those born in India can use their birth
certificate, old Indian passport or school leaving certificate.
Others: Those not born in the US or India should
submit a birth certificate or any government document
from the country of origin that has parents name, date
of birth and nationality.
Business visa: Same as above but including the following:

the company, and assuming full responsibility for the
