Citizens of most countries do not require a visa except for
some nationals. Kindly check with us to verify if you require
a visa to Poland.
The
type of visa that you should apply for depends on the purpose
of your trip to Poland. The two most common types of visa are
Tourist and Business Visa. If your trip does not fit
those descriptions, please contact us for more information.
Requirements
for obtaining a Tourist & Business Visa:
- A
passport valid for a minimum of 3 months from the date of
intended arrival in Poland (with at least one blank page available
& signed).
- Copy
of Permanent Resident Card (Green card) if applicable.
- One
Visa Application Form,
filled out, dated and signed by the applicant (parents must
sign for minors under 18 years old).
- One
recent passport photo.
- A
copy of round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary showing travel
to and from Poland.
- A
copy of your certified hotel reservation or booking printout.
- Evidence
of sufficient fund for the duration of the visit or proof
of other satisfactory arrangements for your support while
in Poland.
- Filled
out & Signed our Service
Order Form.
- A
Prepaid Return FedEx Airbill, if you want your visa mailed
back to you.
- For
Consulate and Our Service fees you may call us.
FOR
BUSINESS VISA: Same as above but including the following:
- Letter
of Employment, stating employee's name & title, contact
in Poland, job description to be conducted in Poland, how
long the employee has been working for the company, and company
assuming full responsibility for the applicant while in Poland.

deemed necessary.

you have the above documents in order please call us prior to
sending documents. Make payment to Arrow Travel & Tours and
send a Pre-paid return FedEx Airbill or appropriate
fee.
