VISA FOR TRAVEL TO THAILAND

Jurisdiction:
We can only process your visa
if you live in the New York areas.
New York:
New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Ohio.
General
Requirement for obtaining a Thailand Visa:
- A
passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of
intended arrival in Thailand (with at least one blank page
available).
- Visa
Application Form, completed and signed.
- Two
recent passport photo.
- A
copy of round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary showing travel
to and from Thailand
Applicant
who is a holder of a Re-entry permit, Travel Document of
any countries or those who hold passport from Bangladesh,
Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Middle East countries
need to submit the following additional requirements:

Current
passport or re-entry permit valid for travel to Thailand.

Three
completed and signed application form.

passport photos.

Employment
verification or a guarantor's letter from a U.S. resident.

Proof
of confirmed round-trip ticket and itinerary.

Proof
of Permanent resident alien card.

Proof
of Financial, such as a bank statement showing personal savings
or checking account.

A
personal bio-data of applicant(s) since leaving country of
birth or refugee camp (For the person
who is former nationality from Lao, Vietnam, Cambodia only).

Confirmed
reservation of place of stay or hotel in Thailand.

Reference
person and address in Thailand.

Reference
person and address the next country after Thailand or your
native country.

- Non-immigrant
visa USD $65.00 single entry and USD $175.00 1year
multiple entry (for Investment & former Thai citizen)
- Tourist
visa USD $35.00 (Maximum 2 entry)
- Transit
visa USD $30.00 (Maximum 2 entry)
Please
Note:
Visa must be activated or used within three months from the
date of issuance.
Once
you have the above documents in order please call us prior to
sending documents. Make payment to Arrow Travel & Tours and
send a Pre-paid return FedEx Airbill or appropriate
fee.
